Steps By Step Process To Buy A Home

Step 1: Reservation and Registration

Reserve your home and register it under your name to keep it off the market. Your reservation is fully refundable, and we’ll hold the home for up to 6 to 10 months, depending on your desired delivery timeline.

Step 2: Reservation Paperwork and Walkthrough Scheduling

We’ll send you the completed reservation paperwork and provide the home’s address, along with the scheduled day and time for your walkthrough..

Step 3: Walkthrough and Agreement

During the walkthrough, we’ll agree on a delivery date and finalize all necessary paperwork in person.

Step 4: Down Payment and Payment Terms

Make a 9% down payment of the total amount, and choose to either pay the balance in monthly installments or pay in cash.

Step 5: Home Delivery

Your new home will be delivered to you, completing the process.
